The Cyber Warranty Engineer will be responsible for:
• Vendor Coordination: Following up on patches, updates, and optimizations from suppliers and
communicating recommendations to Kominfo operational teams.
• Incident Management: Collaborating with the run team for managing incidents and changes in
the production environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Contributing to ongoing process improvements and updating security
documentation.
The Cyber Warranty Engineer will have access to:
• Monitoring systems and vendor support platforms for each security solution.
• Ticketing systems for incident management and documentation of resolutions.
