Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from any major as proven by a diploma. Advanced degrees in business, supply chain management, or related fields are an advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Procurement Expert, with proven experience in Indonesian government or SOE projects.
• Strong experience in handling procurement for internationally funded projects is highly desirable, especially with the World Bank.
Certifications:
• Goods/Services Procurement Expert certificate or prior completion of World Bank Procurement certification is preferred.
• Additional relevant certifications in procurement and supply chain management are a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in procurement for large-scale infrastructure, development, or public sector projects.
• Knowledge of Indonesian government procurement laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with World Bank procurement processes and guidelines, including the ability to navigate the procurement framework of international donors.
