Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience:
o 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP IBP solutions.
o Expertise in at least two SAP IBP modules (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning,
Inventory Optimization, S&OP).
o Hands-on experience with CPI-DS and integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA,
SAP ECC, or other ERP systems.
o Experience in supply chain management, demand forecasting, inventory management,
or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
o Deep knowledge of SAP IBP configuration, including key functionalities such as key
f
igures, planning areas, algorithms, and analytics.
o Proficiency in data integration tools such as CPI-DS or SDI (Smart Data Integration) for
integrating IBP with external systems.
o Familiarity with SAP Fiori for creating user-friendly IBP dashboards and reports.
o Basic knowledge of HANA Cloud and how it enhances SAP IBP’s performance.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, project
teams, and end-users.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
• Certifications:
o SAP IBP certification is highly desirable.
o Certifications in supply chain management or relevant industry practices are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology for SAP IBP implementations.
• Knowledge of demand-driven replenishment (DDR) and advanced supply chain planning
techniques.
• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
• Familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning in the context of demand and supply
planning.
