Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience:
o 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay, Contracts,
Sourcing, Supplier Management, etc.).
o Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP Ariba projects, preferably in a
global environment.
o Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration with Ariba.
• Technical Skills:
o Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP Ariba solutions.
o Familiarity with Ariba APIs, data mappings, and interfaces for seamless integration with
other systems.
o Experience with Ariba Network and supplier collaboration platforms.
o Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier lifecycle management best practices.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, suppliers,
and technical teams.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
• Certifications:
o SAP Ariba certification is highly desirable.
o Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA Procurement or other procurement-related
qualifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology or other implementation frameworks.
• Knowledge of project management principles and experience working in Agile or Waterfall
project environments.
