Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in program/project management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion implementation and integration.
- Strong background in the telecommunications industry.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry processes and systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
