1. Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge in vSphere / vCenter / NSX / vRealize / Tanzu
Support and Maintenance Skills:
Experience in Level 2/3 technical support.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents.

Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders (technical teams, suppliers, etc.).
Autonomy, rigor.
3. Education and experience
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, with recognized expertise in VMware products.
• Certifications: VMware Certification is preferred
