Required Qualifications:
• Experience:
o 2 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing in a fast-paced environment.
o Proven experience in writing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and performing various types of testing (functional, regression, UAT, etc.).
o Experience leading or mentoring a team of testers is highly preferred.
• Skills & Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
o Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
o Knowledge of basic automation concepts (preferably with tools like Selenium or others, even if hands-on experience is limited).
o Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their impact on QA processes.
• Exposure to performance testing, security testing, or other specialized testing areas.
