Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience leading a team in a call center, preferably in IT support or handling international call sessions
• Used to handling troubleshooting escalations and giving workaround solutions, tech understanding is preferred
• Willing to work on the night shift
• Experience as a Team Lead (TL) in restaurant chains is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM tools and phone systems
• Strong grasp of call center KPIs, call guidelines, and SLA management. • Strong customer service skills
• Any graduates are welcome
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software systems are preferred
• Must be able to work independently and with others, as part of a domestic and international team
