"- Willing to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia - leading team point plus - consultancy background / experience as a consulant is a plus point Open for Local or Expatriate (Thai speaker), if local need to attach the language certification as proof. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP solutions. • Conduct needs assessments and gather client requirements to propose effective solutions. • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics products. • Develop and present solution proposals, including technical specifications and implementation plans. • Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP functionalities and best practices. • Provide guidance on system integration, data migration, and customization options. • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration. • Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to effectively position Microsoft Dynamics solutions. • Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFIs, including technical documentation and solution architecture. • Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance the knowledge of internal teams and clients. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP consulting, with a focus on presales activities. • Proven track record of successful presales engagements and solution delivery. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP products and their functionalities. • Experience with system integration, data migration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. • Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment models (e.g., Azure). • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. • Excellent communication in Thai and English and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
