• Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree from any field
• Expertise in CS Management, Customer & Client Satisfaction (part of KPI)

- how many Headcounts under him/her as Ops. Manager?
- do not mention project name. it will be informed during interview with Transcosmos
- make sure currect salary the same as payslip as it will be asked during selection process
- placement in Semarang (willing to relocate - WFO)"
