This role requires a blend of UXnexpertise, strong UI design skills, and a passion for creating beautiful and intuitiveninterfaces,The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading designnprojects, from concept to execution, and collaborating effectively with cross-functionalnteams to deliver exceptional results,Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency andnexcellence in both UX/UI design and visual aesthetics,Define the design direction and establish a cohesive visual language that alignsnwith our brand identity and resonates with our target audience,Provide guidance tonensure the visual consistency and integrity of our products across all platforms andntouchpoints,Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate designnconcepts and user interactions,Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and usernneeds into engaging and intuitive design solutions,Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectivelyncommunicate design concepts and user flows,Develop high-fidelity Ul designs that enhance the visual appeal and usability of ournproducts, while adhering to design best practices and align with our brand guidelines Refine designs based on data, user insights and usability findings,Mentor and inspire members of the design team, fostering a culture ofncreativity, collaboration, and continuous learning,Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices innUX/UI design, and advocate for their adoption as appropriate

Expertise & Qualification

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC or similar tools,Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
