In-depth knowledge of Server HPC systems, architecture, and deployment.
Expertise in Linux/Unix environments and HPC-related software (e.g., SLURM, workload schedulers).
Familiarity with parallel processing, high-speed interconnects (e.g., InfiniBand), and hybrid computing (CPU/GPU).
Understanding of storage solutions, big data frameworks, and AI/ML workloads.
Proficiency in system monitoring tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in HPC or related fields.
Proven track record of managing complex accounts and delivering technical solutions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in HPC, cloud computing, or project management (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
