Desired Skills and Expertise: • Preferably having diploma / degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Finance/ Accounting. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics BC / NAV. • Self-motivated with attention to detail. • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. • Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
• Conduct business requirement study and mapping the requirements to BC functionality. • Configure BC systems to meet customer requirements and perform testing based on customer scenarios. • Preparing and presenting business requirements and gap-list documents. • Work with Technical team to ensure the customization is developed according to customer needs. • Migrating data into BC solutions. • Conduct application training to customers. • Work with user to complete the User Acceptance Test. • Provide support to customers during system go-live prior to hand over the project to internal support team. • Work with the Sales team on Presales activities.
