    Job Title: Corporate Ticketing Executive (International) with Amadeus Expertise Job Description: Position Summary: The Corporate Ticketing Executive is responsible for managing international travel arrangements for corporate clients using the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS). This role involves booking flights, handling reservations, issuing tickets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for business travelers. Key Responsibilities: Flight Booking and Ticketing: Use Amadeus GDS to search for flights, make reservations, and issue tickets. Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, including fare rules, ticketing deadlines, and payment processing. Handle changes, cancellations, and re-issuances of tickets as needed. Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to corporate clients, addressing their travel needs and preferences. Offer travel advice, including the best routes, fares, and travel options. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Travel Coordination: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel service providers. Manage group travel arrangements, ensuring all details are handled smoothly. Ensure travel arrangements comply with corporate travel policies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings, tickets issued, and client communications. Prepare travel itineraries and related documentation for clients. Generate reports on travel expenses, ticket sales, and other relevant metrics. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with international travel regulations, including visa and passport requirements. Monitor travel advisories and alert clients to potential travel risks. Assist clients in emergency situations, such as flight cancellations or delays. Training and Development: Stay updated with the latest Amadeus GDS features, fare rules, and industry trends. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. Provide training to junior staff or new hires as needed. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel and tourism, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel management. Proficiency in using Amadeus GDS is essential. Experience handling international travel arrangements and corporate clients is preferred. Skills: Strong knowledge of international travel regulations and requirements. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Work Environment: This position is typically based in an office environment, with the possibility of remote work depending on company policy.
