Qualifications
Must-Haves:
● 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or product analytics roles with clear
impact on strategy or revenue.
● Proficiency in SQL and Python for data wrangling, analysis, and model prototyping.
● Hands-on experience in building forecasting models, optimization frameworks,
and KPI tracking systems.
● Familiarity with cloud-based tools (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Strong BI tool
experience (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Big Query or similar).
● Experience designing scalable and maintainable data products or analytical
workflows.
● Business fluency—you understand not just what happened, but why it matters. Ability
to translate abstract requirements into sharp analytical outputs.
● Fluency in data storytelling, visualization, and surfacing business-critical insights.
● Familiarity with modern data stacks (DBT, Airflow, warehouse modeling).
● Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or other GenAI tools.
Nice-to-Haves:
● Exposure to retail, CPG, or GTM analytics
● Prior work in a startup or zero-to-one environment.
