The Head of Internal Audit is responsible for the management of Internal Audit operations applying a risk-based, strategic, systematic, and disciplined approach to assist the Board and Management in ensuring that the company: - Meets its business objectives. - Has effective internal controls policies and procedures in place - Comply with the Board and Management policies and directives - Comply with the requirements of regulators and external auditors
