optical inspection,Visual C++,Visual C#,VB.NET Degree or Master Degree in Engineering or Science in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Computer/ Optical/ Photonics with second upper class or above • At least 7 years working experience in related field at managerial position • Strong in software programming, optical inspection & image processing • Experience in using vision library e.g. Halcon, Euresys, OpenCV • Well versed in Visual C++, Visual C#, VB.NET programming language • Experience in leading & developing a strong performing R&D team • Experience in machine vision or semiconductor industry, will be added advantage • Knowledge of machine process, semiconductor processes and strategic innovation thinking. • Possess good leadership, good experience of project management, strong analytical and problem- solving skills • Work with cross-functional (and multinational) teams to identify automation and equipment opportunities and develop solutions
