Qualifications and Expertise (mandatory)
• Good understanding of IT Application and/or Infrastructure topics
• Hands-on infrastructure project delivery expertise
• English Advance
• Significant expertise in an international context
• Strong interest for IT and willing to work on complex & challenging projects
• University degree or postgraduate degree level
Qualifications Expertise and (preferred)
• PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL certified
• Expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

• Good knowledge of Project Management principles
• Excellent track record for leading projects, managing action plans, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, etc
• Expertise in managing Project budgets (including staff, hardware, and software costs) and providing monthly forecasting and reporting
• Able to challenge stakeholders (clients, vendors, technical experts, etc.) to optimize project activities and costs.
• Good understanding of technical dependencies between Infrastructure & Applications

• Able to lead matrix teams and establish credibility with all stakeholders

• Ability to facilitate the meeting of peers, enable discussion that leads toward resolution and communicate results to management
