Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science / IT / Equivalent with basic degree
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- At least 2 project experience (full cycle from Requirement to Go Live & Support)
- Having Good communication skill: strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possesses good English language proficiency
- Having Good Analytics and critical thinking
- Having the knowledge to identify, evaluate, operational processes and procedures, problems, and requirements
- Excellent in creating system documentation, databases, flow charts and business processes
- Teamwork player with good interpersonal and communication skill
- Have knowledge on Dynamics 365 CRM: Customer Insight Journey, Sales, Customer Service, Project Automation, Field Service
