Position Requirements:
Required Skill:
• 6-10 years of experience in SAP PM along with experience in at least one of the following areas
o Multi Resource Scheduling (or)
o Asset Manager (or)
o Management of Change
• Implementation experience with S/4HANA.
• Hands on experience in configuring / defining the following in PM Module
o Equipment / Functional Locations
o Preventive Maintenance
o Corrective / Breakdown Maintenance
o Measuring Points / Measurement Documents
o Refurbishment process
o Calibration Process
o Warranties
o Serial Number Management
o Fiori Apps w.r.t. Plant Maintenance
o Capacity Planning
o Should have good written and oral communication skills
o Must be a good team player
o PPDS:
o 8+ years of experience in Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS)
o 1+ E2E Implementation, Rollout, Upgrade and Support Projects in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA experience is required
o Deep knowledge of SAP ECC PPDS /APO, Shelf Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, and MRP Live functions, Sales and Operational Planning, Contract Manufacturing business processes
o Strong knowledge in setting up various kind of planning processes ( Make to Stock, ETO, CTO) and integration with other planning solution i.e. IBP, APO & third party planning solutions
o Experience with Shop Floor control, MRP, VC routing, POs/STOs set-up, Batch Management & Handling Unit Management and Quality Management.
o Experience in configuring Integration model
o Experience with dealing with key integration areas in Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and Quality.
o Experience in requirements gathering, User Story creation and grooming, system configuration, testing, cutover, Minor and Major Enhancements and operations
o
Preferred Skills:
• SAP Certification on PM Module
• Work Clearance Management / Permits
• Asset Intelligence Network
• Used Solution Manager in the implementation
• Worked on integration with other modules like MM, WM. QM and FICO
• Experience in any ticket management tool and support relevant work environment.
• Good Communication skill in English

• Understanding of application integration potential across SAP offerings
