• Conduct IT monitoring for a series of applications (SAP, Salesforce, customised Java solutions)
• Conduct root cause analysis or troubleshoot on the data flow issue
• Familiar with monitoring SAP, Salesforce, and customised solutions
• Ability to document and report the issue to a group of integration stakeholders
• Able to recommend areas of improvement on data flow issues
• Experience in monitoring
• Able to communicate clearly in root cause analysis meetings
• Have technical reporting or drafting technical process skills
• IT degree background
• Flexible to work in regional hours
