Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (New Graduates (from IT) are welcome to apply as long as they speak good Mandarin).
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within the tech or software development industry.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; a Scrum Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (Minimum HSK Level : 4)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle management (PLM).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management platforms.
A strong user-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
