Roles & Responsibilities

Integration Engineer [Contractual] supports development services under the Integration Team. He is expected to participate in the development and integrating different backend systems that the organization uses. Helps to implement solutions which later coordinate the integration to link the dependency and business processes amongst various software and IT systems within DFI and its business partners. Expected to contribute to the development and design of IT services and solutions. Administration - Provide internal training, procedures, and documentation to ensure proper handover, knowledge transfer, and transition. Duties and Responsibilities - Determines the design and framework conversion of the integration meets the technical requirement, aligned with the business process, system and hardware integration has met the organization needs. - Define and drive integration strategies and methods with technical project lead and manager aligned with timeline and established deadlines using the selected tool and specifications required based on scope of work. - Communicates with relevant teams to understand the integration requirements, perform conversions, and helps to create test plans and designs. - Assess existing system/s to assess existing and future systems to determine how they can be integrated using simplified engineering and IT automation.

Expertise & Qualification

Desired Skills - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field is required. - 3+ years relevant work experience in System Administration focusing on scripting and integration. - 3+ Years of experience using APIs to query and update data across multiple third-party applications. - 2+ years hands-on experience on programming and scripting using Unix, Batch, and Python. - 2+ years’ experience on file transfer or any Workload automation tool - Strong knowledge of organizational, software, and implementation blueprints and technical documents focusing on workflow processes, business process analysis. - Basic knowledge of IT security, and databases. - Can work with minimal supervision. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate and explain technical matters to non-technical project team members. - Excellent analytical, documentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to focus and prioritize tasks. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Linux 101 and 102, preferred but not required. - Cloud (Azure, GCP, or AWS), either one of the identified Cloud Platforms, preferred but not required.
