1. Technical Expertise:
Knowledge in knowledge about Atlassian-JIRA, Infoblox (vNIOS 8.6), Elastic (Elasticsearch/Logtash/GW)
Support and Maintenance Skills:
Experience in Level 2/3 technical support.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex incidents.

3. Education and experience
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
