The Sexual Harassment Electronic Box (SHE-Box) is an online complaint management system launched by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. Any woman facing sexual harassment at the workplace — whether in the organised or unorganised sector, public or private — may register a complaint directly on the portal: shebox.wcd.gov.in.

Policy scope
This policy has been framed in accordance with the provisions of "The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013" and applies across the entire organization, including stakeholders, government bodies and interested parties such as vendors. All employees are expected to treat each other with dignity and respect, follow the letter and spirit of the law, and report sexual harassment experienced and/or witnessed to the appropriate authorities.
Each Nityo location maintains an Internal Complaints Committee (IC) to receive and address complaints under this policy, chaired by a senior woman employee and including an external member experienced in women’s rights, as required by law. Complaints may be lodged in writing with the IC within three months of the incident.
