    Organisation of the day to day work of the Transaction Management administration team with a focus on the effective management of workflows and efficient and timely completion of delivered services  Act as a first escalation point for the Transaction Management oversight team facilitating constructive communication and query resolution  Support the coaching and development of new and developing team members through active participation in ‘on the job’ training initiatives and setting an example to promote model behaviours  Oversee the accurate and timely execution of agreed processes supporting the transaction management functions across the range of Private Capital Services structures supported by the business.  Ensure all audit and regulatory requirements are clearly satisfied and key service level agreements met as evidenced through the monitoring and controlling the timely and accurate completion of processes.  Deep understanding and exemplary execution of mandatory escalation processes in accordance with agreed procedures when required.  Execution of complex processes and control functions and oversee and provide cover for the execution of manual processes  Ensure tolerance checks are complete and any outstanding items are investigated and cleared.  Create and maintain detail and status of any issues/events.  Ensuring high quality (consistency & accuracy) of allocated deliverables while meeting challenging deadlines & SLA timings for allocated client structures.  Adhere to all regulatory and procedural requirements.  Manage feedback to/from internal departments effectively to ensure client deliverables are met and quality issues are mitigated.  Maintain strong working knowledge of the various transaction management and accounting procedures for different fund types.  Provide relief to the team where there is staff absenteeism or annual leave.  Participate in-group discussion and suggest enhancements to your role and processes where improvement could be gained.  Promote key quality and productivity initiatives  Promote the identification of new operational processes to enhance efficiency, assure accuracy and increase quality of service
