Good to have: Experience with Financial Services applications including high volume, real time transaction processing systems. Profound insight of core Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.) will be added advantage Experience in a similar role

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities: To lead a team to deliver the in-house projects To perform requirement analysis and oversee the implementation of architectures of project scope To provide customized reusable solutions of project, program or operational scope To lead the application designs and be responsible for the solution outcome. To develop high-quality and detailed designs Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality deliverables Liaising with project stakeholders – Management, ITPM, BA, Developers and business to ensure projects are on track. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals To conduct unit testing using automated unit test frameworks and identify and address possible risk by conducting mitigation action planning Reviewing the work of other developers with feedback for improvement To provide level 3 Support BAU once the projects are delivered to production.

Expertise & Qualification
