Database Installation, configuration, clustering, and administration, preferably on Unix/Linux/Windows platforms or cloud-based environments and the ability to install and securely implement enterprise middleware components. Analyze, troubleshoot, debug and assist in problem solving for any issues reported by Help Desk. Application/Operation/Production support experience - Application deployment/ Support/ release exposure. Automate ongoing operational activities. Providing support on Service Request ticket, Trouble ticket, Incident Ticket as per the OLA and SLA. Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance. Maintain uptime of database services/servers/ Ensure Compliance of audit, regulatory, security policy and procedures
