Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with the talent acquisition team to identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process for key positions, and support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction through effective communication, recognition programs, and opportunities for professional development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a fair and timely manner.
• Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, make recommendations for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed, representing the HR perspective and contributing to overall business success.
